Procurement:
For any additional work not included in the contract, our procurement terms specify an hourly rate of £50 per hour. Travel expenses are billed at 45p per mile.
Pro-forma invoices for FF&E will be provided in stages or upfront to facilitate the ordering process and will be safely retained. Supplier invoices are also held by Louisa De Paola Interiors for accounting purposes.
Please note: Louisa De Paola Interiors is not accountable for fixtures, furnishings, and fittings, as these items are covered by the manufacturer's warranties. Refunds and returns are not accepted since all items are made to order, with exceptions only made if goods are faulty. All deliveries must be inspected and any damage noted within 24 hours of receipt.
